Brown Snubbed from FCS TOP 25

#27 Brown   There are 25 FCS teams in the nation with 7 wins or more.  There are only six with 1 loss or less.  Six teams still occupy the TOP 25 with fewer than 7 wins and 9 teams have at least 3 losses.  Brown is 7-1 and still not in the TOP 25, finishing the week at #27.  Harvard inched up to #18 with the same record.  Respect is apparently hard to come by.

Harvard has not even played Penn and Yale yet, teams Brown has already dispatched.  Harvard's quality opponent win was Brown.  Bucknell is the only other victory against a team with a winning record at 5-4.  Brown has victories against Stony Brook at 6-3, Penn and Yale.  It is hard to see how beating Dartmouth and Columbia can push Brown into the TOP 25.  Certainly, both Harvard and Brown would be worthy of post-season consideration would the Council of Ivy Presidents have a reversal of policy.  An Ivy title would be the best to hope for this season but a TOP 25 finish would be nice too.
